“Writing a book was something I dreamed about for years. I just never imagined how much I would have to learn after I finished writing it,” Sharon Elizabeth says. “There were times when I felt like I was fighting harder to get the story into readers’ hands than I had fought to write it. But I believed in these characters, and I wasn’t ready to give up on them.”
Then, in September 2026, that long road led to a moment she never imagined experiencing with her debut novel.
